Return & Pickup Policy

Pickup Location
All pickups will currently take place outside The Standard Seattle Apartments (4220 12th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105). Please do not come to the door or enter the building, we will be presented outside. 

Pickup Time
Pickup times will be confirmed when you place your order. Please arrive on timethere is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive outside that window, your order may be rescheduled for later that day if possible, but freshness is not guaranteed beyond your original time.

Can't make it during the pick up time? Have a friend pick it for you! Just let them know your order # and name. 

Because I bake everything fresh and operate this on my own while also being a full-time student, I’m unable to accommodate early or late pickups. If you miss your pickup window entirely, your order may be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

Freshness Notice
All rolls are made the day of your scheduled pickup. If you come outside the original pickup time, I cannot guarantee they’ll be at peak freshness.

Order Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it by emailing rolledflour@gmail.com. After that, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • All orders must be placed online in advance.

  • Quantities are very limited and first come, first served.

  • As a cottage food business, I currently cannot offer shipping. Pickups only.

  • If you have questions or need to request a reschedule, email or DM on Instagram as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to help, but keep in mind the bake date will not change.
