Rolled Flour started out of my apartment kitchen with a simple goal: to make really good cinnamon rolls. Back in high school, I ran a mental health-focused clothing brand, which is where I first discovered my passion for entrepreneurship. I enjoyed building something from the ground up and creating things that brought people together.

In college, baking became a fun hobby I picked up since I already loved cooking. One of my favorite things to bake has always been cinnamon rolls. I started making them for friends as gifts, and over time, it turned into something I wanted to get just right.

As a first-generation college student studying marketing, I wanted to take that passion and turn it into something real. Rolled Flour is about keeping things simple and doing them right with no additives, no preservatives, and best consumed fresh. Just soft, flavorful cinnamon rolls made with high-quality ingredients and care.
